Practical AI training for the leadership and your organisation

No slides. No tutorials. We start with your leadership and show them what AI can do on their own work. Then we empower the whole organisation through a train-the-trainer approach, by training champions.

The Gap

Most are experimenting. Few are winning.

McKinsey · State of AI, 2025
88%

of companies now use AI regularly.

PwC Global CEO Survey, 2026
12%

of CEOs have seen an impact on both costs and revenue.

Professionals struggle to combine ambition for AI with the practical understanding to put it to work. Most AI adoptions fail because the training on offer comes in two flavours:

Option 1 / Theory

“AI will change everything”

Inspiring keynote-style awareness. But you walk out with nothing concrete to act on.

Option 2 / Technique

Tool tutorials and how-tos. Useful mechanics, but no strategic judgement about what matters.

What we do is practical. We first show the leadership what AI can do, on their own work, so that they understand how to take action. Then we empower the whole organisation through a train-the-trainer approach, by training champions.

Companies pour 93% of their AI budgets into the technology and only 7% into the people expected to use it (Deloitte, 2026). AI does not pose a technological challenge. It poses a work redesign challenge, and that is the gap we close: Stefano's AI knowledge and future-of-work expertise, combined with Stéphanie's leadership, talent and organisational transformation experience.

The Adoption Journey

Leadership first, then the whole organisation

AI adoption fails in predictable ways: no sponsor at the top, tools chosen before the work is understood, and nobody taught to carry the change into the teams. So we work in two steps. First we show your leadership what AI can do and train them to use it. Then we help the organisation adopt AI at scale through a train-the-trainer approach, by enabling champions.

Step 1 · Leadership training

Three hours to two days · In person · For the leadership team
Stefano Piano delivering an executive session

No slides. We take a real strategic problem your organisation is facing and solve it live, on your tools. Your leadership team experiences what AI can do, learns to use it on their own work, and leaves aligned on what to do next.

  1. A live demonstration by Stefano: AI applied to a problem your organisation is grappling with right now, solved in the room.
  2. Hands-on practice: each leader builds a first workflow on their own work, from prompting principles to agentic workflows.
  3. A working session led by Stéphanie that takes the leadership team from scattered opinions to three prioritised commitments and confronts what adoption will really take: the trade-offs leaders must make, the behaviours they must model and the resistance they must address.

What you leave with: a leadership team that has used AI on real work, a sponsor for adoption at the top, and an agreed set of priorities.

Step 2 · AI adoption at scale

Two days, then up to six months · A cohort of up to 20 champions · Train the trainer
Stefano Piano teaching a group of AI champions

The organisation adopts AI at scale through a train-the-trainer approach. We enable a cohort of champions from across your teams to build AI workflows, guide their colleagues and carry the adoption plan forward, with the sponsorship and governance it needs to stick.

  1. Two days with the champions: they build agentic workflows on their daily and weekly tasks, and learn to guide their colleagues on AI tools through live practice.
  2. An adoption plan: the champions align on priorities and next steps for the organisation, with a pilot before any wider rollout.
  3. Accompaniment for up to six months: coaching sessions for the champions, support as they train their own teams, and facilitation of training sessions where needed.

Stefano brings the AI expertise. Stéphanie brings deep transformation expertise: how complex international organisations shift mindsets, behaviours and ways of working at scale.

What you leave with: champions who run their own sessions, workflows in daily use across teams, and an organisation that keeps learning after we step back.

About

Stefano Piano

I am an AI practitioner and economist. Most recently I led the world's largest practical AI community at Mindstone, where I designed, delivered and assisted with 20+ AI demos and workshops, including for HumanX, The Home Depot, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and the Pritzker Organisation.

I am an Adjunct Professor at ISEP, the top school for software engineers in Paris, and I have delivered lectures, panel interventions and AI demos at Harvard, Kedge, Pycon, Vivatech and SMAU, and other conferences, with live demos for 1,000+ people. I spent five years at the OECD working on the future of work, skills and new technologies, began my career as an economist at Frontier Economics, and hold degrees from the LSE, Cambridge and Warwick.

Stéphanie Ricci

I am a Future of Work advisor and the founder of Phoenix Advisory. I partner with CEOs, ExComs and CPOs of global corporates, investment funds and scale-ups to future-proof their organisations: defining the operating models, capabilities and behaviours their strategy demands as AI transforms work. I lead the mindset and culture shifts that turn ambition into new ways of working, from the boardroom to the front line.

I know complex international organisations from the inside. As Group Chief Learning Officer at AXA, and before that at Kering, I helped drive large-scale transformations across countries, cultures and business models, and learned first-hand that strategy only delivers when leaders, skills and behaviours move with it. That is the lens I bring to AI: adoption is a leadership and culture shift before it is a technology one, and that is where it is won or lost. I am also a Venture Partner at Emerge, a European future-of-work fund, a strategic advisor to BetterUp and an investor, and I sit on the Board and ExCo of Bocconi Alumni Paris.
